Career Experience
I have over 10 years of classroom experience teaching mathematics to elementary, middle, and secondary school students. For the past year, I have also been working as a substitute teacher. Currently, I offer online math tutoring to students in Â鶹ɫÇéƬ 3 to 8, Pre-Algebra and Algebra I. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and I believe I have a natural ability to connect with students and help them understand mathematical concepts. I'm deeply committed to making math engaging and accessible. My teaching motto is: "Spark interest in math first, then gradually introduce concepts and real-world applications." My approach begins with identifying the root cause of a student's difficulty. From there, I work collaboratively with the student to create a targeted learning plan that incorporates alternative teaching methods and resources. To keep students actively involved, I use interactive activities, real-life examples, and tailor lessons to align with their interests. I regularly assess their progress and celebrate their achievements to keep motivation high. Additionally, I provide clear and constructive feedback by recognizing their strengths, addressing areas for growth, and offering practical steps for improvement. This balanced feedback, combined with encouragement, helps students understand their development and inspires them to keep progressing.

I’m dedicated to helping students who struggle with math concepts and guiding them to overcome their fear of the subject. Tutoring brings me a deep sense of fulfillment, as I enjoy making a positive impact by helping students strengthen their understanding and build confidence. Knowing that I’m contributing to the development of future generations by enhancing their mathematical skills makes my work truly rewarding.
