How the ACT 34+ Tutoring Money-Back Guarantee Works
If your “superscore” does not increase by at least 6 points and is less than 34 after you have taken two official ACT tests, and other requirements of the guarantee are met, we will refund all or a portion of your tuition, less the fee for any program materials and shipping charges, or you may repeat your program for free.

Patrick Brady
Patrick is a graduate of Vassar College in New York, where he studied History and Drama. At Â鶹ɫÇéƬ, he has worked with many students, particularly teaching SAT courses for English Language Learners. In addition, he developed content for the Princeton Review’s Cracking the SHSAT, 3rd ed. and helped launch The Academy’s Grammar fundamentals course. Patrick has also hosted the company’s SAT Night Live on YouTube!
Linda Nowacoski
After working for ten years in Management Training and Development, Linda began teaching for Â鶹ɫÇéƬ. She has consistently been in high demand as a tutor, and in 2013 Linda had the highest number of tutoring hours in the company. In addition to tutoring and teaching courses, Linda has contributed to Â鶹ɫÇéƬ as a training and development professional and a certified College Admissions Counselor.
Elia Zashin
Elia's been teaching for Â鶹ɫÇéƬ since 2001 in a manner that reduces student anxiety while inspiring confidence and excellent test-day performance. He was the LiveOnline Tutor of the Month in June 2017 due to his professionalism, student feedback, and desire to go above and beyond for his students. He attended Cornell University, where he graduated with a B.A. in English in 1997 and earned his M.A. in English at UT Austin.
Fancy Adams
Fancy started at Â鶹ɫÇéƬ’s school-based and retail programs right out of college. She has taught over 2500 students in the SAT, PSAT, ACT, TSI, and college admission essays. Fancy was also the El Paso Â鶹ɫÇéƬ office Teacher of the year in 2014 and 2016 and Tutor of the Month for Distance Learning in February 2020. Her students find her easy to talk to and are very comfortable approaching her for help.
Gail Goldhand
Gail has been teaching for Â鶹ɫÇéƬ since early 2003. She specializes in higher scoring students whose goals include admission to the most competitive schools, lower scoring students who struggle with standardized tests, and everyone in between. Gail has received the teacher award for the highest customer service satisfaction rating, achieved a 97.9% recommend rate, and has been named SAT Tutor of The Year.
Justin Meloni
Justin has been an SAT and ACT tutor for over 20 years! Christopher Vakulchik
Chris has been a teacher/tutor with Â鶹ɫÇéƬ since 1995 and has tutored hundreds of SAT, ACT, GMAT SSAT and ISEE students. He also works as a Master trainer, and he was one of the first instructors in the state to be trained on the new SAT. For his teaching/tutoring efforts, he has been recognized with awards from Â鶹ɫÇéƬ’s R&D department; he’s also been awarded Tutor the Year by the Â鶹ɫÇéƬ- NJ office.
Dave Mackenzie
Dave has been tutoring since he was in high school and further pursued that passion for education as a T.A. while in undergrad and grad school. He acted as a T.A. for a number of university physics and math courses - he was a lab demonstrator, tutorial host, and lecturer. For Dave, the only thing more rewarding than learning a new topic and acing a test is helping others to do the same.
Anthony Krupp
Tony has taught for Â鶹ɫÇéƬ since 2011 and has devoted the last 4 years to perfecting the craft of test preparation. He has logged thousands of hours tutoring and teaching and he has authored slides and book chapters for ACT, PSAT, and SAT Manuals. Muhammed Hassanali
Muhammed joined Â鶹ɫÇéƬ in 1990 and by 1992 was certified to tutor in virtually every test or topic. During the day he works as an engineer - discovery and innovation is what he thrives on. Muhammed believes that learning is a life-time commitment, and helping others learn is just one facet of it. What you must do before your official test date to qualify for the money back score guarantee:
- Attend all scheduled tutoring sessions, with the first session starting at least 30 days before your first official test date.
- Complete all 4 required practice tests according to the schedule established by your tutor, in one sitting while observing official time limits for all sections.
- Complete and enter all required homework in your Online Student Dashboard according to the schedule established by your tutor.
- You must take your first official ACT test no more than 30 days after your last tutoring session.
