Students say that RMC fosters a close-knit environment 鈥渨ith a big emphasis on campus life,鈥� where 鈥渢here is always something to do on campus to make sure you don鈥檛 feel alone.鈥� There 鈥渁re a lot of clubs [and] events on campus that [help students] to socialize beyond the classroom,鈥� including a semiannual campus-wide community service day during which students 鈥済o around our college town and do jobs for local residents, such as yard work and housework.鈥� The recreation center serves as a lively hub and 鈥渋s always packed with people playing basketball, volleyball, or working out,鈥� and intramurals are a favorite among students seeking both competition and camaraderie.
